Is it just me or is Tom face excessively red. Why is this company ran by a bunch or washed up dinosaurs??? This company needs some new younger top executives & a new CEO that is in touch with today market. Looks like we will continue to fall down in rank & customer service.

His face is red due to not applying sun protection while on his island. The scripted questions and answers were pathetic. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this insulted everyone's intelligence

I don’t even watch them anymore because they aren’t worth my time. They never reveal anything telling in them.
Commentary on people’s appearance is indicative of how toxic this site is.
