Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

EMEA IT were told today it's Accenture or redundancies

The consultation has started and HR will tell us if we're getting the bullet now or TUPE and redundant in 12 months.

No concrete information from HR as usual so we're busy filling the vacuum with rumours.

We're hearing the usual c––p from management about digital, cloud, business transformation – meanwhile, we're all off down the road.

Yes. AIG is so supportive of diversity they sack diverse FTEs and replace with 100% offshore Indians.

Smart folks aren't waiting to be sacked by AIG, they're sacking AIG and getting better jobs.

Redundancies announced also for claims and operations in Emea. They are outsorcing core parts of the Company, this can't be a simple costs cut plan, this seems like a plan to sell all the Company. Time to update the CV pals
