I left my HR a note on Saturday after SM said he wouldn’t sign my availability to change it back to what I had. Then on Sunday I called the store and told her I changed my mind and she went into the computer and changed my availability back to what I had. She said I would have to work at least one week of that availability that was put in the computer so from 5-1 to 5-7 need to work what my team schedule would be but starting 5-8 I am able to go back to my old availability. Who knows what hours I will get. Most likely will lose full time. It’s terrible what they are doing to their associates. All this stress. It definitely wasn’t going to work what they gave me so I’m glad I told them I can’t do it. I can’t believe they just expect you to work something that your not available for it’s insane. I’ve never seen another company do this to their employees. And they should of gave an option for unemployment, offered a severance so people had a choice if they wanted to leave the company. This way you lose hours and your full time and no option of unemployment. Walmart is terrible. They can’t keep people as it is and they are going to do this to their long term associates sh—y af. I have been applying other places like crazy. I want out. It’s toxic there. Walmart is not with my health.
