Accumulated stress, work overload, unrealistic goals... I'm leaving it all behind because I finally managed to find a new job. What a relief.
I didn’t feel this good even that day when I first got a job here and thought this was a much better company than it turned out to be. I agreed to a slightly smaller pay in the new company, just to give myself a new chance.

I left over text message. I gave the same level of courtesy that I received.
Best decision I ever made in my career was to leave L3H. I saw the writing on the wall when our clueless HR department brought in a rep from the health insurance company that they were switching to (and watering down coverage while raising costs to employees) and this person didn't know what they were supposed to discuss with us. He literally said 'just check out the website' (which had no information posted) when we all asked about the benefits package. I knew right there and then that this was my cue to leave.
Best day ever when I told my useless supervisor that I was resigning.
