Xerox certainly having problems elsewhere but not in the 6ix!
2,376 employees in 2020 down to 1,974 (7 part time?) in 2021... Sad! But still sooo many benefits dental, mental and horizontal. - plus $6,000 education credit (Lean Six Sigma belt Please!), Bowling and Offsite "Training" (smile, click...drink time!) - Outside Consultant Surveys...(Strongly Agree. wink-wink), Direct Employees Only... sorry caddies / subcontract workers :( but no soup for you!

@2rhs+1, Doesn’t sound like Canada and you are a good fit. Maybe go live somewhere else? Or maybe don’t paint an entire country as worse than another country b/c you had a bad experience with a bad company and a bad manager... Lodge a formal complaint with the province and get a better job elsewhere.
Canada as a whole markets itself internationally as the beacon of light and truth while bashing America.
Yet they are worse than America in many ways, such as Xerox hiring immigrants to work as "temp contractors" and harassing them on the job (which wouldn't work on Canadian-born workers who have more rights).
This is similar to the Top Ethical Companies, Top places to work in IT, etc. Everyone who reads such a thing should immediate contact the responsible organization running those reports to give them the real scoop.
This seems to be a site that you can pay to make the list. I don’t think this is an independent assessment.
It’s all bu—t. If you stay at Xerox you have nothing to look forward to other than a pink slip. Get out while u can.
