Don Hendricks is visiting stores this month and next month. Supposedly he wants his visits to be under 30 minutes so management cannot ask him questions, he also has assistants surrounding him so people can’t approach him, kind of like Kim Katdashian.

It’s so fascinating to me- what the purpose of those visits at this time? What they expect to see? Perfect folds? Landscaped walls? Awesome merchandising? Amazing customer service? You know how much payroll you give stores. Why do you need to add more stress to few people working to prepare stores for visits? Oh, maybe you want to fix the business? Look at numbers, read complaints from both sides, look through cameras from comfort of your office or most likely home. You need to spend money for travel to see how one associate rings, recovers, puts freight out and helps fulfillment? And what?
