I personally would have liked WFH full-time but I'll take what I can get for now. Just trying to ride out the next few months to get my 5 years and figure out what's next for me as it's obvious this industry isn't what it used to be (stable, count on being employed, etc)
Heck that behavior goes on in LOCs and back to the Service Center days. Even in back seats of company cars. Lack of intelligence among those who think they are intelligent.
we're copying google's model almost identically.....hybrid work weeks for those poor suckers in the idiotic hubs.
the hub concept is a failure but state firm doesn't want to admit the error.
who wants to go back to the woke crowd in the office where people have s-xin the conference rooms, the bathrooms are germ factories.
what boomington doesn't get is there's a difference in culture in boomington and the hubs....there is a huge difference.
