The Xerox warehouse in Scarborough, On is already "outsourced" by temp contractors who work for minimum wage, even less, because there are Asian migrants who work in groups and get paid below minimum wage.
But not in Sales! Toronto adding sales headcount? Might want to put new reps on a 12 month contract? They don’t seem to want to stay longer than a year.
