I have worked for BBB for over 10 years now and I feel that there is a positive change to how this business is run. Every week MT puts out some type of communication of what’s happening. Never before have the greedy good old boys have done that. ST was a greedy pos who cow towed to whatever the old crusty board wanted him to say. All of the old board and executive team got rich while the stores and stock holders were losing big time, I give a big hands up to the new crew for being open and really trying to save this company. What ever you are doing MT keep it up. The customers are coming back.

Agreed!!! Loving the changes! I feel Mark is the guy to get the job done! For everyone that wants to complain which is it?? You hated the past and hate the changes. I used to think we were not going to pull through and would close. I see slowly things are improving! I agree not all stores are in positive state! I have to say the store I’m in has a great vibe. Management works hard to ensure the staff feels appreciated and works aside them. I wish you all had that.
Whoever came up with this new dress code should take the apron and shove it!
I’m getting so tired of seeing all of these posts that has to do with race it’s ridiculous I’m going to give the company a call myself this needs to stop. One thing I cannot stand is a bigots be man or woman enough to sign your name to your post trash !!!
Our SM won't even watch Mark's videos bc they are so off putting, let me sit up on my pedestal and spew my woke nonsense onto all of you. The store might look less cluttered and neat but I agree the woke bs is hurting us and will more so in the future.
