I work on the Metro side, I'll chime in too
I think most people working Metro realize the job's lifespan is coming to an end. We're just not needed anymore and there's really nothing meaningful for us to do anymore other than report the dealer's "numbers" back to them. None of them listen to us - in any of the markets.
It's ok, I'm ready to move on to the next thing anyway. Hope we get a decent severance pkg

I agree 100%. I think the plan was "pump and dump". Legere and braxton hyped the merger, profited greatly then bailed.....the "reverse corporate raider play".

If you are on this board you are either hoping to get laid off or have been. If you haven’t been, go to the nearest mirror and repeat after me. I hope the company lays me off because they can do everything with a robot or computer. There are many other good places to work, I’m just too lazy to find something or I just want my severance. The culture is a myth, the industry is dead, the stock is overpriced. 5G is as good as 6G right now. I will go to indeed, zip recruiter, glassdoor, LinkedIn, and update my resume! I’m still reading this so I must be lazy and unmotivated to better my life. Go to it, you deserve better.

Let me take a guess? Meetings about planning meetings to drive the key metrics. Hit the metrics then provide a plan on how you can get your customers from cancelling the add ons after month 1. Hit your phone quota with what you have in stock. Sell the overpriced accessories. Nominate people for something just for the sake of nominating. Fix employee morale. Cut their overtime so they are not over payed and overworked. Include everyone in everything. Listen to j Freier, N ray, sievert remind you of how great things really are. Listen to your direct boss ask you if you ran the report of reports on the dashboard of the dashboards to see if you are converting the guy who came in with his kid to use the bathroom. Then plan a training after you come up with a plan to close the bathroom kid sale plus add a line since that’s 2 people. Oh yeah, don’t forget to sell the remaining t vision so they are not stuck in the warehouse. Don’t forget to complete your training and make sure you plan a training to make sure people take their training. You could put this on the vz or atnt board, just change the “leaders” .
