I do not expect any improvement in this company. In my opinion, all that is worth waiting for is severance pay. I believe there are many more who are still here just for that reason?
I still haven't received an extraordinary offer for a new job that would make it worth forgetting about the severance pay. Also I think that they are making it harder for me to work here so that I would leave on my own, without severance pay, but that will not happen.
