Employees suffer while all levels of leadership get their bonus

Poor leadership at all levels from first line to top exec. Why? Because they don’t look for the right qualities and there’s no leadership accountability. They get their bonus no matter what without any input from employees!! But non management employees are scrutinized. What the heck?
And HR is a joke. Leadership need to look at the ethics in themselves before requiring employees to take an ethics course.

Complete id--ts now troll this site. All employees got a very very generous bonus on 3/26.

Btw, a big part of manager bonus is based on employee job satisfaction. It was down in 2016-17 and eat up the last few years, with 2020 the highest ever (tracking employee sat).

So much disinformation on this site.

Inflation was 1.7 % for the last 12 months. If your bonus was less than that you have a point. If it was more you are a total idiot and grossly overpaid.

Management is sucking the company dry. I bet we could lose half the managers, save enough money to pay everyone at least 50k a year, and return to being a top tier insurance company.

Nah, let attrition thin the ranks of handlers then lets merge all the departments and expect them to do all the work for the same pay instead.

I don’t understand this! Leaders get evaluated too. All employees get a bonus now. Do you expect to not get evaluated as an employee? Just do what you want - when you want....stfu.
