Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Eager for change?

I came here without much experience and tried to learn as much as I could, but at one point I got too bored. I don't know if boredom is the right word but after 5 years I've had enough of Cisco and I would like to leave. Is there anyone else who has simply become too bored, too tired of this company?

If you are bored or sick of a job for 3-4 weeks straight that is a good indicator that you need to change jobs. Whether it's to another internal position or company doesn't really matter. It's the change that does.

So what are you going to say why do you want to leave Cisco? um I was bored and tired of Cisco? I left Cisco 4 years ago, I only say good things to say about them, you will be surprised at the number of people you will work with that worked at Cisco.

You bored and tiredness may hurt in the future, take charge of your life,

+1 Was bored and unchallenged. If you’re skilled, you will get poached by a company that has better products/solutions and pay. Get active on LinkedIn.

Some folks posting here are truly unique. If you want to leave, then just leave. It's not like Cisco will stop functioning if you go, you know. If you're bored and tired, go wake up at some other company that will extend a generous offer to you? They're all anxiously waiting for you to join!
