All I see on social media is what a great company Pepsi is and how they are committed to upholding values to the extreme. All I see here are employees testifying to one of the worst toxic environments I have heard of. Which is it?

It's a great environment for 23 year old College Hires. The people who have worked there a long time get treated like cr-p.
The toxicity varies by department. IT is pretty high on the list of being the most toxic. It is dreadful.
It is so over resourced they can't even afford to pay everyone. So many duplicate roles, and under-utilized offices. The waste is being diverted back to the employees in the form of 1% raises.
Toxic environment- just like much of their unhealthy products. Also interesting how the CEO got a huge increase in total compensation and the company found $400,000,000 to donate to BLM and other “racial equity” causes while stiffing the rank and file with a paltry 1 or 1.5% increase. Thanks PepsiCo- very inspiring. I feel
so motivated now!
lots of cliques and politics, its just like being at a grown-up Jr High School
you can be anything you want to be on social media. Maybe instead they should share Org Health scores.
It’s absolutely toxic and the image the company portrays is carefully manufactured.
