I sometimes wonder how I still have a job in this joke of a company where layoffs are the only constant. The irony is that I've been wanting this layoff for a long time.
Recently, I was able to move to a company where I would be paid much less, but where the atmosphere is certainly much better. I wonder if it's worth it to wait a little longer or accept any other half-decent option.

This is a tough question... if we were closer to Christmas I would tell you to take the offer and run... but since we are a few months away from the holiday stocking stuffer that FirstAM likes to give its employees you have a few more months to land something a little better!
