Of course everyone thinks they should be paid more, but I'm interested, when you objectively think about the amount and difficulty of work you do and at the same time you hear from others how much they are paid for almost the same job in another company - do you think that you are underpaid? Someone mentioned that it’s surprising for a big company like PepsiCo to pay its employees so little. I agree completely.

I spent a few years working at Pepsi - I realized towards the end of my time there that new hires out of college were making the same as I was after a few moves. Needless to say, none to thrilled.
I wound up making about 35% more when i left.
I worked at pepsi for 4 years in corporate in NY, i was severely underpaid and everyone knew it. I left for a job that pays DOUBLE now and i do less work. Pepsi pays s#$& for top talent. Get your 3 yrs of vesting/experience and leave for a company that values you.
for those only working 15 hours/wk at home through covid, it is a pretty sweet gig.
I worked at PepsiCo for several years and while many of the complaints I hear are valid, one of the positive aspects of my time there was my compensation and benefits. They were very competitive and in some cases generous.
