What shocks me the most is how CLT doesn’t believe there’s a major issue out there in the workforce. They just sit there and think there are only 10 people posting on this site.. just a few ship disturbers. Incredible how out of touch with own workforce and a sign of future decisions I’m sure.
Our peers are loving this right now. People I know at other companies say they won’t dare come near Cenovus when jobs open up due to our track record. Attracting talent in the future will be near impossible.
I’m embarrassed to say I work at Cenovus.
The one common bond in Cenovus these days when I talk to other teams and business groups is how overworked and angry people are at CLT.. it’s the common topic from both Cenovus and Husky.
Everyone I talk to have had work double and lost people. Burn out is everywhere right now, and so is the hate for this weak and non-present ‘leadership’
Glad I’m not a shareholder as these guys sure know how to destroy capital (physical and human).
