Do you think Macys will ever offer it’s older workers early retirement packages again?

What is included in an early retirement package at Macy's after working there 17 years. Are they paying off the 2 weeks per year work at the store ? They used to do it in the past.
I just early retired after 29 years. No package for me. It’s the first time in 29 years that there were no packages offered in February. Oh well it was worth it. Now I am free of the stress and anxiety. It’s sad because I really loved my job but became too stressful after returning from furlough. 10 months into it I knew I could not do it anymore.
They laid off some loyal older employees who had lots of years of experience along with good work ethic, sales and credit goal achievement, good attendance, etc.
It’s the right thing to do but Macy’s will not do it. Cost them money to offer package to old timer that’s been loyal to this company.
That would be to humane forMacys!
