Anyone else having issues getting the EE Subsidized health rates that State Street promised during the severance period? I have been fighting with both State Street and Fidelity Net Benefits for 3 weeks now with no progress.....

From reading the Severance package info, it says that a terminated employee has to 'submit a Valid Release Agreement' in a timely manner in order to still receive the same rate as a State Street employee. Did you happen to fill one out ?
How is the severance? Same plan that rolled out about a year and a half ago? Only a year of coverage if you are there 26 years?
What were told you would pay during the the severance period and now what are asked to pay?
A lot of people forget one thing , when your getting your health insurance via Cobra, you are paying the full amount.
You are no longer getting the employee rate, you are paying 100% cost.
My health insurance plan went from $400.00 a month to $750.00
What were you told? You should have the cobra amt for 18 months that is subsidized.
Don’t give up. The amounts to enroll in Fidelity Net Benefits are showing the full COBRA costs and not the promised active employee rates that were promised during severance. Huge difference in cost.
Please explain? What are the issues?
Same issue here. It's been 9 weeks. I was not expecting this. Ready to give up.
