Question. Does my reliability percentage go down if I give up hours?

Not if you advertise them & they get picked up.
Yes, depending on what you mean by giving up hours. If you don't show up or leave early, and it's not approved, it counts against you. If you agree to give them to someone else and go into insite to announce it or swap with someone else, and they pick them up, then it won't count against you. As long as you and the person you give your hours to, do this through insite, you should be ok.
