Has anyone heard the rumor about TL’s going salaried ? I keep hearing the rumor, but nothing to substantiate it. Seems like it would be counterproductive, but never can tell .

HAVE YOU ALL NOT BEEN PAYING ATTENTION. THE IDEA IS TO GET LESS ON SALARY. NO TL IS NOT GOING SALARY. DID YOU NOT GET THE MEMO AT THE START OF ALL THIS??
They'll probably start that at the beginning of the next fiscal year.
Wouldn't be counterproductive if walmart can get 50 or more hours out of a salaried position. More work less pay
