So I have been with Wayfair for a year and a half, all of customer service works virtually yet call center people get paid at least $3 more. The new hires with no experience make more than me. Management wont address the pay differences, they sweep it under the rug. Whats it gonna take for Wayfair to address the unfairness?

That happens at every company that I've worked for. It is not about fairness and skill set, it's about what they think they can get away with paying you. That's why they do not like employees talking about pay among themselves because those conversations just makes employees mad. The fact that you are willing to stay where you are at the lower rate meant they paid you "correctly" in their opinion. Your opinion does not count.
