Gainwell, you have a opportunity here to make your mark. You said to all of us there was merit based raises and yearly increases. You said this, loud and clear. But now, we the employees become worried. Worried nobody talks about this anymore. Worried that you have swept this under the rug. We won't forget. We recognize you have acted, at least a little, to those whom have not gotten raises in the last 10 years. Those poor souls who for some reason, didn't leave for greener pastures. Let us not wait another 10.
