15+ UK based Support Team employees laid off. Most have been supporting customers for over 10 years!

@6flb+1aaT9vwK there have been many layoffs as the positions that are moved to India still result in layoffs in US/UK/IL. But as so few people are in the office they mostly go unnoticed. The original post possibly refers to the last round of layoffs in Chandler’s Ford where 15+ went, not just in Customer Support, The latest round has already started but so far I've not heard any names from Chandler's Ford.

Old news/No news. These support positions, along with positions in IT, Finance and Purchasing have all been moved to India during the past year or so. CEO confirmed his desire to continue in this direction.
Unlucky to be based in the U.K. and not in the head office.
There were rumors floating that another round of cuts were coming in April. Looks like it was more than a rumor.
