After I left Belk, unfortunately I came to a company that is not much better. Absolutely all the same problems. I didn’t accomplish anything other than going through the stress of adapting to a new environment.
I would love to go back to my old place of work just to see if anything has changed. How would you describe the situation at your store now?

I wouldn't recommend it. The store is mess, understaffed. The days of working just in your dept are long gone. The customers are rude and lack patience. Hours have been cut, but the work has increased. Monroe, NC.
My store is a sad shell of itself. We are being worked harder than ever. Our customers are horrified with the lack of good merchandise and lack of customer care. I have thought about leaving too . I guess I'll love the devil I know. My store is located in north Mississippi
