it’s funny how at every other company on the planet, the more you sell the more successful you are, not at Belk they gave a cheap lunch and dollar store gift bags to the “best of belk” employees who coincidentally happened to be mostly new hires or managers pets who will work part time for scab wages.

At our store the people who were selected for best of Belk were seasoned associates who have been with Belk for many years. Makes it even more shameful. Belk could have done better.
