People people, the company has been doing layoffs and outsourcing since 2010.
And sadly it is going to continue for years to come.
The rumors will continue to fly about layoffs, but you will not know until you get called into the boss's office.

They are looking for additional reductions on top of those from January.
I think next week is the last week for those who got notice back in January(?). Not sure if the that's where the rumors of cuts next week comes from or if there will be a new round of layoff notices next week.
Some cuts next week, the week after and the week after that. It's the State Street way. It's all the executive team knows how to do well.
Too bad they don't get rid bad managers instead they will push out great employees.
I thought there were supposed to be some cuts in May, which only leaves next week...
