I recently saw that #552 in Greenville was hiring for an 'AP Lead' despite there already being an APM in place when I left in February. Is AP undergoing restructuring in other stores or is it simply a title change?

maybe new matrix only provided spot for lead and manager was being allowed to remain for a while-until they weren’t and had to choose to apply for lead position or take a severance package. a little birdie said that is how it went down and manager opted for severance

Many in LP have left because they saw the writing on the wall and they have changed the titles. I’ve been gone for several years but one of my former coworkers is still hanging in and it’s a total $hitshow.
