It’s not unreasonable to expect healthy and balanced conditions in our work environment. In fact - we all deserve it. No company is ever perfect but for employees to thrive and be capable of productivity those things are a huge necessity. From adequate staffing, proper training, employee engagement and so on, companies have been known to succeed and gain their employees loyalty. It’s too bad that our management can’t see this or refuses to do anything about it.

All the Sears folks that moved over to Lowe's - they are so outdated in process, merchandising, you name it! Certain regions are fine but if you have the Sears retirees - god speed.
You’re dreaming if you think you’re going to get any of that at Lowe’s. Corporations exist to make profit for shareholders, not to provide comfortable employment for you. Sounds harsh, but it is the truth.
For all the bad press walmart gets, they at least let their employees work the schedule they choose to work. The corporate micromanagement that lowes has put in place will end up blowing up. Unlike walmart, lowes has competition and their in second place heading to oblivion.
The word is UNION .
The US government has long pushed to make unions a bad word. Top CEO's make sure it will stay this way.
Sorry , retail will be the last area to change.
Welcome to the Sears world of retail.
