There are better ways for CC to expand our influence. The reorganization has already firmly divided the different groups inside CC, now we are intent on increasing that division to include merit by race, gender, etc.
A better idea....A true 30% coalition starts with the EMT/VP's taking a 30% Salary/Bonus cut, and then give the employees who have performed amazingly a 30% raise.
If CC wants to be a leader socially, start there!!

Union guy, go away. None of us want that. We're Americans and don't want our coworkers negotiating on our behalf. Go find a utility company to work for.
