In the whole ServiceNow story, someone mentioned that GIS wasn’t much better. My opinion is that GIS is better. A little bit.

GIS/Our local core was GREAT before Icahn got involved in 2018. It all went to ship after that.
Up until about three years ago when X-Rot took our autonomy away, we were SO MUCH BETTER at the how service side of things. They ruined us and now have ruined every other aspect as well.
The entire West Coast Xerox Manufacturing,
Sales,Distribution and Engineering was decimated by Webster know nothings.
Once Mama Xerox gets its tentacles into things it all over... Mama has messed up more companies, departments and people.
Profitable programs, projects and disciplines turned to losers once the Webster crowd took over with their RIT masters degree stupidity..
GIS was better....when it was GIS. Xerox messed up what was a great channel and profit machine.
