Constant criticism and feeling miserable

I wonder if I would be less valued and more humiliated working at any other company in this industry? I do not think so. I work hard like never before, and yet it is never enough for them, I always hear criticism, there are always demands to work even harder...

Look at the resumes of most in corporate on Linkedin. Is it any surprise the amount of issues present? Many suffer from imposter syndrome, most lack formal training in basic skills like reviewing a budget or experience leading. These people work on a day-to-day basis with their personal mission being make it one more day. To accomplish this mission they will beg, borrow, steal, engage in cultish behavior, and fu-k over whoever they have to.

Have you heard the saying, living a champagne lifestyle on a beer budget? Walmart is the opposite. They want you do the work of a CEO on Walmart wages.
