Upstream almost nonexistent.
Banks have stopped a lot of exploration investment. Goldman Sachs flopped energy investment heavily into renewables. US shale will come back on line, but with little to no drilling. Natural gas is still anemic at best. LNG prices are holding even with huge train expansions. Ironically the price could still go down.
