We keep having customers walking out due to our mask policy. Despite the portal note about offering a mask and curbside once and then just allowing the customer to shop these young girls will harass the customer until they just leave. Our district is worried about conversion yet our own policies are ki----g it.

When control freaks are allowed to run the asylum.
So BBB adjusted their face mask policy yesterday. It aligns a little bit more with the CDC...but if your state or city has mandatory mask guidelines...those are still in effect until they expire.
Otherwise it’s a “strong recommendation” (the weirdly Worded sign says they are still REQUIRED except for A..B...and C reasons)
These Clowns in charge of running the Company are losers.
Solid point about closing, just frustrating in the meantime. We are always way behind the trend and also why bbb won't survive. The old relic in the back dusting itself off.
