We know IBM is restructuring and they've set money aside for it. But when are the layoffs going to happen? I see/hear nothing about how many, who, what, where and when. Is the axe likely to fall before end 2Q, 3Q, 4Q or is it one big fake-out?

Bruh, perhaps the OP isn't worried, and is just a curious stockholder or such. I left IBM in 2013 when things started looking shaky, and never looked back - but I still have an IBM pension, which keeps me interested in the future of the company.

Rejection of the kyndryl offer means you effectively resign, which is cheaper than a layoff for ibm.
