Massive loss of course, as he's pretty much the only guy left in ESL, and he still owns a huge chunk personally. The Olshan takeover proceeds apace (it's pretty much already done as everyone got fired). Another Eddie Lampert Failure (tm). They spun off all the Sears/Kmart properties awhile back because they couldn't make their tiny rent under the HoldCo lease (also vacating them for Olshan who weren't the least bit interested). Buffet is getting a nice chunk of change from Eddie's rapidly dwindling wealth to green light this. Sears Real Estate is next, look for more Eddie failures in the days to come!

Do not disrespect the legacy of Edward Lampert. Edward is a genius. I trust his plan. He is the captain of the Transformco ship and I am proud of him. Thank you Mr. Edward Lampert for all that you do to make Sears and Kmart wonderful places to work and shop.
