I just can’t believe the amount of negativity and how many people that are just hoping for the worst the happen with Hertz.

Hertz is doing GREAT. I think all of you who were here for 20-30 years but were laid off because of Covid still carry so much bitterness and unforgiveness that your reality of how the company is actually doing is so distorted. Move on with your life!

In the last 8 months, I have seen us experience so much drastic improvement in the business. Travel is picking up, Airports are being staffed back to normal levels, tons of people were brought back, we have been given annual raises, they brought back the bonus programs, they increased the wages, car sales reopened, stock went up to $5 a share, and were emerging from bankruptcy next month! The list goes on and on with signs that Hertz is doing well and IS gonna make it!

I may be the only one brave enough to say this and that’s fine with me but Hertz is not gonna liquidate, we are gonna make it and we’re gonna come out of this stronger!

How can you be loyal to a company that cold-heartedly jettisons long-time loyal employees in the blink of an eye without any effort to save their careers? You have got to be the most naive person on the planet if you think the company will treat you any differently. They WILL be coming for you eventually. Can't wait until you reach 20-30 years with Hertz (if you're extremely lucky) and they let you go for no good reason so I can tell you to get on with your life. It would be interesting to see just how forgiving you would be then.

Wake up dreamers. I still work for this f....... up company. No cars, customers screaming about the cars, the lack of customer service. Cars that are dirty, bold tires, dents. I think Rent a Wreck brought us. All I hear all day is no parts to fix anything, no money. Yes it is utopia for sure, NOT

If it makes you happy to be told fairy tales then let it be.
The truth is that sr management has lied from day 1 and have only fed their greedy stomachs. Thousand were laid off while these miserable sr managers grabbed the nasty millions of bonuses for simply doing their basic jobs.
The return of the bonuses for the employees is another tale where you'll get almost nothing. But you are too weak to face the reality.
Hertz is coming out of the chap11 and it is just due to the power of the brand, not the quality of the management. Anyway, they will all get fired and they know it!

The truth is that Avis is doing well and has always been doing well. Enterprise is doing well. Sixt is doing well.
Hertz is mediocre.
And the angry employees or ex employees know it. They have an accurate view if the situation.
Hertz has no strategy, lame management, no ethic and tons of sheep employees like you.
The perfect recipe for failure...but that we know it because we were the only one in chap11.
And this is a fact, not a fairy tale.

And in today’s town hall Paul gave a big FU to all the haters! Love it
