We are winning! We plugged the leaks and no one will talk anymore.
Anyone has news? Heard Resideo is impeding the lawsuit by showering potential witnesses with more $
The teal issues are the lies that are coming from Austin…. That the lawsuits lawyers have taken at face value.
The following is well know:
Thousand of engineers were transferred from HON to the first CTO…. and within a year he fired them.
Then his underlings were given free reign to harass and abuse every top engineer to the point they quit. A very hostile environment was created. Fellows retired or left, hardware engineers , software, architects of all kind… if one checks the 2-3 months before the actual spin and after spin one can see the hostility and people fleeing. And then … the whining about we have no real talent starts. Well management created their own doom and it started at the board level as we all know … all the C levels of Resideo should do some jail time. That way they won’t post picture of the hatch and multiple houses while the Corp sinks. Transformation for thé future my -ss. All smoke and mirror to Wall Street and will create more issues
The liabilities may be a drag… but bad management and a hostile environment made Resideo what it is. A boatload of top engineers were sent to Resideo. Most quit Resideo within months with the negative atmosphere. The top Honeywell fellow “shitshitri” came wth Resideo and finally quit. So many quit because of the new inept management. Management will f-you everyone. The liability just prevented them from getting more private jets and more office space in Austin…. As for the lack of real products…. We’ll we have the same people we had before.
Resideo goal is to get out of this with less than a billion counting on the lawyer preferring money this year (less than 500m versus squeezing for 4 Bn
That’s all . Either way we can afford to wait or even paid that sum. Lawyers can’t afford it so looking good
It depends if the clascs action targets liabilities from Honeywell and "consulting" companies during spin-off.
No. There was a meeting with the court yesterday, but that was administrative. Both parties have already agreed to mediation, even before the motion to dismiss was denied. That is probably going to be the path to resolution. Things are moving to discovery now and it will take time to depose the witnesses. Still looks like it will be months before this is done.
We should be able to recover if we have to pay less than $5bn. But the class action lawyers are greedy so they will take a much lower offer as Resideo lawyer will string them along until they submit to pennies or a penny on the dollar so things are looking good.
Onwards this will just be a thing of the past soon
Can anyone share the paperwork submitted by rezi?
Btw the truth as we all know is worse than the lawsuit says… so much info was burned or deleted illegally
