It is not worth to report something to AR. They will always talk to the AreaHR and it will get leaked out to others who told and why. Then the SM will be very sneaky but find legal ways to retaliate.
Trust me - not a good idea to call AR

If you feel you have been writing up unfairly and you have the documentation to back up your case. Call AR and fight it! The rules are selectively enforced and are half assed interpreted by management. Make them show you in black and white how YOU are violating company policy. Just don't take their word for it.
HR is there to SUPPORT UPPER MANAGEMENT. They are NOT an independent arbiter. Never tell them anything that you would not want the market director or RVP to know about.
I agree. Do you really think those snakes in the grass are going to bite the hand that feeds them? No way, there not going to risk there paychecks. They will just fire you at $11-$12 and hire another body at $10.
HR Not on your side
That is why it may be nice to talk to an attorney first, that way you can give them your attorneys number and they may have to take it to Lowe’s attorneys.
Don’t let them fire you, you can fire them. My resignation was me telling them, they failed to meet my expectations and their failure to treat employees fairly and equally was not acceptable. They probably laughed it off. But behind closed doors they knew darn well I listed their failures. From dates and times they hung out with their favorites, to times there were departments scheduled with people that had quit weeks earlier.
