Life is too short. At this point the only thing stopping you is you. It’s comfy at xerox. I get it. It’s not comfortable having to interview. In fact it’s downright scary but you can do it. I did and am so much happier.

Most people on this forum say they dread Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / Fri, so you are better off than most XRX employees :)
