How many here are just sitting back and watching M slowly crash? Enjoying the show as the company frantically tries any last ditch effort to remain relevant in an industry that is evolving quicker than Macy’s can follow and thereby failing miserably. I don’t even care that this place failing may cost me my job. It’s not much of a job anymore and I just want to see those at the top pay for their incompetence.

Funny....I am not sure HSQ has generated enough revenue to pay back the reno that was just completed. Wasn't that 400 million or more?
Economy is opening back up, stores are seeing any increase in traffic, too bad stores can't leverage the opportunity because we won't pay more and hiring systems are messed up. Divisional and regional teams are managing so many stores so they have delegated responsibility to store managers and the few staff they have left. Every leader is spending an average of at least two days a week on Teams calls while freight goes unprocessed, tenured people resign, and overall store environments and service levels decline.
well to answer your comments... my take is its not gonna get any better ever and has been going south year after year.
I'm with ya, this place is going downhill and I will enjoy the show.
