From day one I had a bad feeling about BBB but I had already committed. It started with little to no training. It was my very first job and not taking that into account I was given no guidance whatsoever and was just constantly berated for whatever work I accomplished. Any questions I had were seldom addressed as if management were too busy to answer. Coworkers I worked alongside hated being there and at first, I couldn’t understand why. Then the layoffs happened last year and the next thing I knew people were either scared for their jobs or angry at what happened. Things really went downhill from there and I decided to get out. I lasted just a few months over a year.
