Everything I have done so far and tried to do it in the best possible way is in vain. I was so naive, a company that is content with poorest quality solutions of course is not concerned about the quality of work, only quantity. If I’ve done a job for three people pretty solidly so far, now it’s important to start doing a job for four people and quality is irrelevant. Sad.

People rewarded are the ones with high output. They have little responsibility for fixing their errors and someone else on the team ends up redoing their work. Its been like this for years.
Xerox needs to find a better job. Metal printers? Ventilator assembly? Bridge structural integrity? Nope.
U guys need to find better jobs
I'm sick and tired of doing 3 jobs for the past 2 years. Now I'm focused on keeping my sanity, so if that means doing 3 jobs poorly, so be it.
This company is going under and I'm not going to let it take me with it.
