Hey friends. So I seriously cannot take this place anymore. The store manager comes and goes as she pleases, is gone at least 3 days a week because she calls off, and literally sucks. The store manager even TEXTED a family member of mine who USED to work there and told them I called off. Uh isn’t that violating confidentiality? The place has been getting next to nothing with trucks coming in, all we have are “Belk Exclusive” brands in stock, and just overall they SUCK! I’m tired of being treated like trash. Also, I got in trouble because my email capture was low. I was told they were “worried” about me. It’s not my fault every elderly customer I’ve had has no email because she buys Kim Rogers clothes and goes home to watch the local 5:00 news as she ganders at her receipt to make sure she got every penny off that cheap a-s shirt that she could. Oh I’m SO done with this place.

If your so unhappy with your job you leave. You don’t trash the place that’s feeds you. Many people are unhappy where they work, but continue to work because they need to. Stop being so negative and maybe something positive will come out of it.
Get out of there. I left last year. Best thing I could have done for my health and sanity
