Now they have a new recognition program called "Everyday Wins" with point systems to exchange for gifts. Looks like the employees are well taken care of!

Same for Euros, but in other currencies, it’s different. We realised when comparing what we could buy from it in France, UK, and Poland. The value of the points differs somewhat based on purchasing power, similar to salaries.
As far as I know it's still 10 cents per point. So 50 pts = $5, 100 pts = $10, etc.
How much is a 100 points worth does anyone know❓
Interesting to see the negative remarks on this. It is way better than what we had in HCBG before. Not sure it has much to do with how the company is treating us (poorly) but I've cashed out the points for ~800 bucks worth of gift cards since it started. Makes up for the sh-t bonuses in technical.
No longer an employee, went to use the gift card I got and it had a zero balance. They took the money back off the gift card when i called to find out more detail. What a bunch of bu-----t.
Looks like this system is on its way to revamp soon.
Wondering if the chief HRO saw this cr-p and threw the towel
It is cr-p, pure and simple. If an employee receives the maximum 'points' for about 15 years or so, they can turn them all in for a mediocre vacation, yea... If you save up points for only a year, your choices are low quality household junk you can pick up at for $50.
My job hunt at this point is showing me just how much 3M is underpaying their people. Most people leaving should expect 20%, or more, raises in their new jobs for lateral moves. Stunts like this will not improve either morale or retention, but apparently looks good when presented to Roman.
