My store is extremely slow! We are A volume. Trucks have been light too. Wonder if we can survive. And wonder if they will be letting go more full timers.

If there is an OSHA violation then report it.
Child's play. We have a big ol OSHA violation going on in our store. Hoping I don't get electrocuted using the compactor standing in a huge pool of water leaking from our fire suppression system that isn't working. Good times.
Give this dump 18 months
Every strip mall that contains a Bed Bath is always empty on the side it is on. The malls are packed but nobody in Bed Bath. Even not working at a Bed Bath anyone can see the stores are slow.
to add on to this company not knowing what it's doing
we just recently had a minor issue last week, where 5 boxes of BTC were added to one of our skids that day; first, one of the new middle managers emails and then calls the store, telling me to set the boxes aside and have our carrier pick them up next time and bring them back; within an hour, another new middle manager had emailed saying 'change of plans, receive them and set the product aside' (which i was going to do anyways)
point being, even now with all the new middle management, none of them communicate with each other and everyone is basically flying by the seat of their pants, leaving us in store to just kind of keep doing what we always have and try to tune out the noise, lol
BBBY has to have a great deal of cash burn with little foot traffic, trying to pander to the WOKES and BLMs to get them through will not be successful.
Problem is that no one outside of a select few in corporate really know what this company is do-g on a week to week basis. Way too much unpredictability and doublespeak to even figure what their plans are.
@2dad Target is phasing out full timers for part timers with open availability. My neighbor works for Target and he told me so.
Does target have full timers? Since that’s where this guy came from?
BBBY will not make it past 2023 at its current rate of decline.
Unfortunately, all retailers are slowly getting rid of full timers. They want part timers with open availability and no benefits. It's the future of retail.
Adding my 2 cents, NO, BBB will fail.
Wall St concerned about Bloodbath debt, I know.
