New method for differentiating "High Potential" employees from everyone else. It is an algorithm that "takes into account your years of service in your current role, gender, diversity, and other business group metrics."

JFC. Get out now while you can, or you will rot in your current role forever. I'm out so I'm doing this for the benefit of everyone else.
