How do you keep it? I find that very difficult. Any positive attitude disappears as soon as I get to work. It is simply very difficult to think positively in an environment like this.
Sometimes I try to have little fun with my coworkers, to make the day go by easier, but this rarely happens because no one is really able to have fun and enjoy themselves here.

Less people, more responsibility. No fair raise.
I don’t know any veteran that’s happy. New people don’t know what has been taken away from them.
Fake positivity, It might be OK at store level but all the other programs that come from home-office still make it impossible. They’ve been taking from associates for 20 years.
Drink heavily.
I don't see it getting any better. You use to could have fun now they expect to much and it is stressing people out.
