It seems to me that once at least it was disguised, and now it is more and more obvious. My opinion is that there were never really equal opportunities for everyone here, but especially not now. It's become really awful.
Of course everyone who is worthwhile will leave, the morale will be lower than ever and productivity will suffer while growing nepotism creates a very toxic environment in which one cannot feel valued at all.

Can you explain or give examples of nepotism?
