How many people do you do the work for?
At the moment I certainly do the amount of work that three people would do in normal working conditions. If you work hard, you will get even more work to do - that was the case with me.
Thanks to experience, I still somehow manage to get everything done, but I don't know how long I will last working at this pace.

Hang in there. It won't get better but your hard work has value. Some good suggestions in these posts. Be ready to move on. You can do it.
The Pantagraph announced 1,500 new claims employees are going to be hired. Fingers crossed we will get some help in injury.
The farm has found themselves with not enough workers to the various jobs. They are pulling auto workers to assist the fire company moving people into other roles with very poor training. Yep the ceo announces 1 million new policies sold which mean more claims...more work and not enough worker bees to keep up. This all started about 10 years or more ago...someone retired or quit..they didnt replace them. It has caught up with them......
Turn and burn! That's their motto. It's not a career!
